Late cancellations are a disappointment for everyone- for you, for me, and for the clients who are trying to get in for a session sooner versus later. Please understand that a missed session or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate of the session.

Sessions will begin and end on time. If you are late, we will use the remaining time for your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the cancellation policy is in effect.
