Cancellation Policy
I fully understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and that sessions may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
If 24 hours notice is not given, or if you do not show up for your session, understand that you will be charged for a full session. If I am able to fill the time slot, you will not be charged.
If you are someone who needs a bit of a reminder, please let me know and we can arrange for a reminder phone call.

**Reminder emails are sent as a courtesy to clients. However, clients are ultimately responsible for knowing their session times. The cancellation policy that you sign at your first session is in effect even if a reminder email is not received.
