This experiential class is for those of you who have developed your intuition and would like to know when to trust it and how to apply it to your daily life.
You are invited to receive personalized feedback and help to remove blockages and enhance your intuitive abilities.

· Experience a change in your energy system to better support accessing and trusting your intuition.
This isn't a lecture but an experiential class, an invitation to a deeper way of knowing and to another level of personal transformation.

Energy! It's Child's Play with Janet Hovde:
By request, we are doing a class on energy balancing for parents and children together. The first series of sessions will be for pairs of one parent and one child between the ages of 6 and 8.
When: Session 1: Thursday, Sept. 23, Energy balancing for improving focus.
Session 2: Thursday, Oct. 21, Energy balancing for calming.
Session 3: Thursday, Nov.18, Energy balancing for connecting.
The group will begin with 45 minutes of parent and child activity together. The parents will leave the room with Janet for discussion in another room for an hour, and will then return to the classroom for the group closing. The children will remain in the classroom with Carol for open-ended creative play. Conversations will encourage collaboration and exploration of process and feelings.
